i had a much better experience than my previous stay in capitol heights. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially brandon who helped us feel at home. the room was clean with a nice view, and breakfast had a decent variety of options.

la quinta has a nice fitness center that's great for squeezing in a quick workout. it’s located about 20 minutes from the metro and just a minute to the bus, making it easy to explore nearby areas. breakfast was decent if you get there early. The AC in my room worked really well!
